What the JCRA does:
We license providers of postal services in Jersey
We set and report on the quality of service standards expected from Jersey Post
We oversee the universal service delivered by Jersey Post, ensuring all consumers have access to basic postal services at an expected service level
We work with Government and postal stakeholders to share information on cross-cutting issues relevant to the postal sector
We investigate potential breaches of the Law and Licence conditions, including anti-competitive conduct
