Defragmentating the 3.4-3.8 GHz spectrum band - Information Notice (Letters of recommendation to Ofcom)

We are progressing the defragmentation of local spectrum in the 3.4-3.8 GHz band to allow the creation of large contiguous spectrum blocks for new services including 5G. Following consultation and consideration we have written to Ofcom recommending the revocation of certain historic licences in this band.
