How to Make a Complaint


If you have a complaint about a service from a regulated company (licensee), here’s how we can help:

  1. Contact the company: start by raising your issue with the company directly. Most businesses have a complaints procedure to follow.
  2. Reach out to us: if the company can’t resolve your complaint, contact us for guidance.

We believe in fair competition and empowering consumers. When businesses compete fairly, consumers are confident and able to make informed choices.

By working with the Government, other regulators and consumer groups, we aim to promote fair and sustainable markets for everyone in Jersey.
